Hello everyone from Prague! Of course not before we had a little beer already in Calgary and Frankfurt lol! We travelled for roughly 15 hours straight before arriving in Prague around 5:30pm on Saturday. But we didn't let that slow us down! We ended up going out for a traditional Czech dinner at a resraunt nearby our Hostel. Nothing but meat and potatoes here folks! Aims had the salmon. The rest of us dug into as much meat and beer as possible. I think Ian ate an entire pig before the end of the night. Normally a person would kick back remove a button or two from the seam of their pants and get ready to pack it in. However, Ian recieved a 3rd wind and the girls were already pretty hammied from consuming rougly 5 or 6 pints of the absolutely delicious Prague beer (by the way the Czech is the birthplace of Pilsner1!), we decided to hit the club. More booze consumption ensued and we ended up back at the hostel at 3am. So.... all in all not too bad for a first night after travelling for over 15 hours............jet lag......who has ever heard of that. The next day we got up toured around the main square and St. Charles Bridge. We took in as much of the old historical sites and as much traditional cuisine and beer as we could. Here are a few pics from our experiences so far. More to come soon. Talk to you all then!
